Humanity. I believe that one day I may rise to power, be it in JC, NS or whatever that is in my great journey called life. And, when I am finally drunk in power and prestige, may this post serve as a reminder to me to always treat other people with humanity and compassion. Always follow my moral principles. Never discriminate, always treat people with kindness and respect. May the ideology I have now live with me forever.

21-12-09
I just watched a movie called ‘Coach Carter’. It was a dam good movie, about teamwork, resilience and getting your priorities right. WATCH IT! This movie pull your emotions to the peak at the appropriate moments. You can find the synopsis on Wikipedia. It is a bonus if you are interested in basketball.
This is my favourite scene
‘Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.’

‘I Have A Dream’ Parody
I know that you are unwilling to donate but just give me 1 minute for I have a dream. It is a deeply rooted Singaporean dream.
I have a dream that one day Singaporeans will stand up as one united people to help those that need help.
I have a dream that one day the less fortunate people lurking at the corners of Bishan Street will receive compassion and acts of goodwill from people who are more fortunate.
I have a dream that one day Singapore, a desert country, sweltering with the heat of cruelty and ruthlessness will be transformed into an oasis of kindness and humanity.
I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be ignored and shamed when they try to persuade other people to donate but will instead be faced with enthusiasm and respect for they are the forerunners of humanity.

Variety is the Spice of Life
I feel that the days after the Os rocks, on the contrary to those who thinks that it is boring. I feel that grad night rocks, opposite to those who slept throughout the event. I strongly believe that whether or not an event is interesting or boring is all in the mind. ‘Variety’ is not caused by activities but mindset. Even simple pleasures like a jog in the park or re-reading a storybook can be interesting, as long as you open your mind and attempt them as a different experience, for every time you re-attempt or do these things again it is different. Because, there will definitely be a new revelation knocking on the doors in your mind, and as long as you open them, it will be a new experience.
So ask yourselves, what are you going to do for the rest of the holidays. For me, i am going to train a little, read a little, use the com for a while and go out every now and then. It has been a quick year, it is time to slow down. Let it be a long holiday.

If i mug like crazy and do well for the next few papers, i should be able to snatch a few more a1s. GOGOGO!

Random
Today i invented something. It is called… ‘The Extra-Choco Milo!’ I think that there are people who had thought of it and tried it out, but no one obtained a patent for it, so it will be my invention.
The steps are simple. First, break off some dark chocolate taken out from the refrigerator ( Other kinds of chocolate will be fine, if you do not have any dark chocolate). Put it into a cup with some Milo powder. Then add some hot water. Mix it well, for at least 5 mins so that all the chocolate will melt. Then, tada, you made yourself an extra-choco Milo.
The Milo will look extra dark with some small bits of chocolate dancing on the surface. The aroma it releases excites your nostrils. You will stare curiously at the cup and wonder how does it taste after the ingenious addition. It will taste fantastic! Your stomach will bubble with satisfaction at that thought. You will lift the cup and take a gulp or two and you will realise that you wasted your 10g dark chocolate cus it tastes exactly like Milo, without the chocolate. All the chocolate had sank to the bottom of the cup.
